I'll look into it. Generally unrestricted chunkloaders are always bad on performance so in that case we disable those chunkloaders and implement ours as a server sided plugin which we do have more control over. In case you meant an offline chunkloader those are no exception always disabled due to their impact on server performance. I'll check our implementation on chunkloaders on the server and reply back under this post.
