Description of Issue: I did not receive any crate keys after purchasing the Global Premium rank through the CraftersLand store, and the /nick command doesn't seem to do anything, although I'm not sure if this is intentional or not. Date/Time of Purchase: 6th May 2026 at 18:45 UTC. Items/Rank Bought: Global Premium. Screenshots (Optional): attached. Any other important information: I'm also unsure of how I display my rank on discord. Thanks!
